Congregational Leadership Team

The Evangelical Covenant Church is a denomination based upon congregational polity or church governance.  This basically means that the local congregation is free to make their own decisions as to how the local congregation is organized and governed as long as it stays within the boundaries that the denomination sets for its member congregations.  Kerman Covenant church has chosen a Leadership Team form of local governance.  The council is made up of seven individuals.  Our current Leadership Team is:
