Kerman Covenant Staff
Paul De Pledge
I am thrilled to be the new lead pastor at Kerman Covenant Church. I have been a pastor for 20 years, focusing on family ministry and spiritual formation. My passion is for teaching and sharing God’s Word, building Christian community, and helping others to understand the meaning of following Jesus. My wife, Grace, and I have two sons in college and daughter in high school. My interests include hiking, rock climbing, biking, reading old books, and community theatre. In my college days, I protected Disneyland tourists from charging hippos on the Jungle Cruise. These days, I help people navigate the choppy waters of real life as a pastor.
I received my B.A. in Communication at California State University, Fullerton, and a M.Div. from Fresno Pacific Seminary. I have done graduate study in spiritual renewal and spiritual formation, and am a certified spiritual director.
Hello all, my name is Chelsea and I am so excited to be Children’s Pastor at Kerman Covenant! I am originally from Kerman as I graduated from Kerman High and went on to also graduate from Fresno Pacific University. I have two sisters and love spending time with my family and friends. In my spare time I enjoy horseback riding and playing softball. Also, I absolutely love musicals and anything Disney, so don’t be surprised if your child comes home singing a Disney ballad!

God Bless you all, my name is Reyna Jimenez and I am excited to be working for KCC as the Office Coordinator.
I am married, and have a daughter named Leslie Valencia. I live in Fresno, CA. I graduated from California State University, Fresno in 2008 with a BA in Liberal Studies. I enjoy the nature that the Lord has created for us and also love to help other in the best possible way I can.
I strongly believe that we are here to help and encourage each other every day.
Hi I’m Sheryl, the one sitting at the piano. I’m passionate about worship. When we bring honor and glory to God, we enter His presence in a way like no other. I feel blessed to work with a dedicated team of talented singers and musicians who are also passionate about worship. We use a variety of musical styles blending contemporary Christian music with traditional hymns.
My family has deep roots in Kerman. Von Flues have lived on my street since 1919. I didn’t grow up here, but did graduate from Kerman Junior High. (Try and figure that out)
I enjoy ‘mocha moments’, classic Disney, travel, family history, and while not as active as I once was, I’ve been spotted playing my hammered dulcimer at civil war reenactments. If you have an interest in acting, please talk to me. I also love telling the ‘gospel’ through drama. I hope you will come worship with us!
